At Kearsley Academy 'Team Kearsley' and the 'One Academy Rule' underpin all behaviour for learning expectations. To support and differentiate the key life skills which encourage and allow for maximised learning behaviour for learning is supported through PLTS strands. (Personal, Learning and Thinking Skills).
The PLTS focus supports all rewards and sanctions here at the Academy and allows students to be clear as to expectations and also to understand how and why behaviours impact on our ability to learn and maximise progress.
