Kearsley Academy

Preparing for the future

At the Academy, we believe that it is important for parents and carers to be given the opportunity to discover a little more about the achievements of their children. Working together we can ensure the best possible education for your child.

Ofsted Parent View gives you the chance to tell us what you think about our Academy. Parent View can be found here.

Parent Power - Inform, Consult, Involve Collaborate, Empower!

Parents and carers have a key role to play in student success and progress. We are keen to work in partnership with parents and carers and encourage their active support for their child's progress in learning.
We are committed to improving communication with parents, from making sure you can talk to the right person when you telephone, to providing clear reports on each student's progress and of course letting parents know about particular successes or problems.
Parents receive student progress updates half termly and meet staff at parents evenings. Parents are always welcome at the Academy and if there are any specific concerns or ideas for development, can always arrange a visit to the school.
Using the links on the left you can see information about the curriculum we offer and events especially for parents or carers, for example Parents Evenings, which are coming up in the near future.

We have received an incredibly positive response so far this academic year - here are just a few of the fantastic parent comments!
