You will have substantial experience in secondary education, with a range of different leadership and management roles working as part of a senior leadership team at a strategic level. You will demand ambitious standards for all students, overcoming disadvantage and advancing equality whilst instilling a strong sense of accountability in staff for the impact of their work on student outcomes.
